BOSS KUT TERMS OF USE POLICY Boss Kut's Designs consist of dies and digital cutting files used to create shapes, designs, letters or words. Hereafter said shapes, designs, letters or words shall be referred to as “designs” or "cut pieces". All designs, images, graphics and "cut pieces" are the copyright property of Boss Kut and their respective designers. The "cut pieces" are intended for personal use, but may also be used to create craft works for sale only if all of the following conditions are agreed to and met fully. Seller must have purchased and own the die or digital cutting file respective to the "cut pieces" used and must have used said die or digital cutting file to create that design. The "cut pieces" is used only as an embellishment or compliment to a greater completed craft work such as a scrapbook layout or greeting card. The craft work contains other significant artistic content. The craft work is created completely, personally, and individually by the seller. The "cut pieces" must not be sold or offered as a standalone or in packages. Boss Kuts copyrighted properties may not be used to create logos, trademarks,or other such works. Seller assumes liability for suitability, usability and quality of craft work. Seller is responsible for complying with any and all applicable laws andregulations. Boss Kut maintains the right to change or modify their "Terms of Use" and changes will be effective 1 week from posting or upon notification to seller by any means, whichever comes first. Boss Kut is located in Rolla, Missouri. The Missouri courts will exercise exclusive jurisdiction in any legal proceeding pertaining to this policy
